Isom Crockett (posthumous) - 40+ years of ministry, (Sis. Crockett receiving on his behalf)
Alee Hopson - 50+ years of ministry and still pastoring!
John Parker - 62 years of ministry, retired due to health (Sis. Mahalia Arnold receiving on his behalf)
Ozie Wattleton - 75 years of ministry and preached Saturday, March 15, 2008 at WCG Convention!
Sis. Wattleton entered the ministry at age 17 and is now 92 and still going!
Charles Hardy - 62 years of ministry and still pastoring!
These awards were long overdue but so joyfully received.
The Dixon ministers are to select 5 ministers to award at the time they select to be acknowledged in 2009.
Please remember the above mentioned ministers by name in prayer to our Lord, the Great Shepherd of the sheep.
